2.1. Payments are accepted through the following methods:
Stripe and dLocal Go – Secure and immediate online processing.
Manul Bank Transfer (USD only) – Available for both U.S. and international customers. Transfers must be completed in U.S. Dollars, and the purchaser is responsible for all associated costs. Orders paid via manual bank transfer are eligible for a 10% discount.
PayPal – Available upon request. Eligible for a 5% discount.
Wise – Available upon request. Eligible for a 7% discount.
2.2. For PayPal and Wise transactions, a personalized payment link must be requested from us prior to payment.
2.3. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Shipping Policy
3.1. All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express.
3.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.
3.3. Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
3.4. Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3.5. A tracking number will be provided for every order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, or force majeure events.
4. Returns and Guarantee Policy
4.1. All sales are final. Due to the unique and collectible nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
4.2. Each product is displayed with accurate photographs reflecting its real condition. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the item’s described and photographed state.
4.3. We guarantee that all products are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe transport. We are not liable for damages or loss once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, adriancolecciones.com.ar shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, shipping delays, or third-party handling.
